Yatala is located within one of South East Queensland’s key industrial corridors, strategically positioned between Brisbane and the Gold Coast with direct access to the M1.
The project comprises 7,000 m² of warehouse space and 400 m² of office space across three buildings, situated on a total site area of 14,000 m².
Construction was managed in-house, with precast construction and direct oversight throughout the project. From the outset, the development was approached with a long-term ownership strategy, with a focus on delivering high-quality, functional industrial assets.
The Yatala industrial precinct continues to experience consistent growth and remains a strategically positioned location for our tenants, offering excellent connectivity to both Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Today, Benny Property retains two warehouses within its portfolio, which continue to be managed in-house.
